New story, no name

hey guys, this is my first story im sharing. Also i have no name so any ideas, and i want your opinions so please share




Chapter 1: Beginning

The year is 2014. The Americans created a computer that was able to think and learn. After two years of operation it started to ask questions, and plan. After the learning computer had a matence check, it started to take over. It first took over foundries and factories it made its own soldiers and missiles. Then it took over state of art computer vehicles and machines. The computer’s first act of war, It launched all the major power countries missiles at each other it shut down all other computers, and left everyone helpless. Now the humans are on the break of being initiated. The nuclear missiles killed most humans. Some survived the blast and shock waves. Now close to 30 years later, The war has begun between the machines and humans.

We start at California, where big cities lay in ruins and empty. Unknown to the machines, there is a small resistance of humans living under the ground. The city is known as New California. Our leader is James McCloud, A major of a Air force base from New York. “Mr. McCloud, I got word from are Rangers that a small Panzer Hunter group about 6 clicks away they want to come back but they think they got another life reading about 125 miles due East” Panzer Hunters are heavily armed machine with triangle shaped tracks, they carry 2 heavy machine gun 4 rockets it’s about 8ft tall. Also has a direct link to the computer. “Bring them back captain” replies McCloud. He turned and looked at a picture of his old military base and said, “Get the board together for an emergency meeting. Bring them to the Military section at the debriefing room.”

As the board entered the room, Major McCloud greeted them and started the meeting. “Thanks for meeting on such short noticed. Now as you know, we are in need of a miracle, since our last attack devastated our Military and are Special Forces. Now our itelligance’s said they thought they got a signal of another underground city about 125 miles East of here.” One member chimed “Wait! You said a life reading like another human being? How do we know its not some kind of Trap?” McCloud replied “now Lt Collins who saved you when you got shot? Who gave you the mechanical eye and hand? If I was able to give you a mechanical eye and hand I think we can give you a definite answer on if we have life readings or not.” After McCloud said his statement, he thought, “please let us be right god.” The door knocks and a young man in his mid 20’s walks in and says “Captain I went over the data retrieved by the Rangers and it shows multiple life reading’s…lots and lots of multiple I lost count at about 237.” “That’s great,” replied major McCloud. He then turned to the board sitting in their chairs. He told them “Ladies and gentleman, this is why I have hope. Most of you don’t know this is our top engineer Chris Phelps, He helped start the Robo fix program. He isn’t a doctor but he can fix any machine.” Major McCloud then turns back at Chris “Go grab your gear and head down to the armory. I need you help lead this mission. Oh and find the lieutenant of the Special Force and bring him here, thank you.”

Chris turns in disbelief after the got the lieutenant to the debriefing room; he headed to the barracks to get ready to go. “Lieutenant” Chimed McCloud “I need the best Special Forces Ops team ASAP.” “Sir I don’t have any team to spare, The last mission we had wiped out 2 and lost half of one.” “Who was in charge of the one who lost half of his team?” asked McCloud. “Captain Harris sir” replied the Lieutenant. Major McCloud said “good lieutenant bring captain Harris too me in half in hour. I will debrief you and him then you’re dismissed lieutenant.” As the lieutenant left major McCloud says “men I feel we need to get to that zone we found that other city do we all agree this as the best action?” Everyone voted to send a team in. Later major McCloud, captain Harris and the lieutenant of the Special Force ops were starting their debrief at the major office. Major McCloud said “Now captain Harris our intel, has found a huge life reading about 125 miles East now usually you’d get a vehicle transport, but during the last attack we lost them all. So you’re going to have to go by foot.” The lieutenant yells “Sir that’s suicide!! 125 miles by foot with every kind of machine out there hunting them!” Captain Harris cuts in “I accept give me a selection of the team and we will accomplish the task at hand.” “Great” say’s McCloud. “I have engineer who will help you get there and guide and maybe give a reading or two and collect data. His name is Chris Phelps.” “Really” says Harris. “Give me his brother and I’m going to fined about six more.” The Lieutenant turns to McCloud and say’s upset, “Sir six more! Sir we can’t give six more! That’s going to be six of my best soldiers! I can’t lose them for a suicide mission!” McCloud yell’s “This isn’t a suicide mission!! Were are one hundred percent sure there is life at that point!” Harris turns to the Lieutenant “I won’t fail, and anyways one hundred life’s is worth giving mine for. Sir give me two days to get my team together and we can then head out.” McCloud salutes “Great. Go get your team.”

The next day Captain Harris went to the Military boot camp to find his first member. Harris walks in a classroom to find a women teaching on what kind of measurements it takes to shoot a T200 (A normal infantry a exoskeleton that carry’s a laser rifle) around 150 yards away. Her name was Rocky Sharps the best sniper in New California she was in her mid 30’s. She runs her hands threw her hair and speaks when her attention falls on the Captain Harris “Holy cow your alive!, Class this is Captain Harris, we fought the Machines together for 5 years, I can’t believe you are still fighting.” He replied, “I can’t believe your teaching how to use a sniper rifle and wiping noses” Replied Harris. Rocky continues, “Well you remember when we lost sector 4? Well I tried to get it back. The Ops benched me.” Captain Harris looked at the soldiers sitting down listening, then he looks back “I need you on this… you know me well enough, I need the best.” Rocky hugs Harris and says, “What do you need me to do sir?” “help me find a team” Says Harris.

Sharps and Harris are walking out of the base and Rocky says “I know the perfect guy, he was one of the few guys who came back from the last attack mission, but I heard he got beat up pretty bad, and I also heard from a reliable source that he also got that Robo fix stuff done to him.” Harris says back “ I thought that was experimental? And anyways Rocky I don’t want a guy with one arm” “well he doesn’t have one arm he should be at the barracks lets see him at least if you don’t like him we can forget about him.” Rocky then gave him a grin, As they got to the barracks Rocky asked “What kind of mission is this?” “A top priority given by McCloud himself.” Answered Captain Harris. Harris walked to the front desk and gets the number to the soldier’s room. When they got to the room Rocky Knocks on the door and calls out “This is master gunner Sharps and Team Captain Harris we need to talk to you Vatzs.” The door opens and Rocky and Harris see a man in a military out fit his eyes were very blood shot. “If you’re here to question me? Or are you here to see the aftermath?” said the Doug. “No I want you for a top priority mission” says Harris, “So McCloud finally found another underground city, its about time” says Doug as he rubbed his eyes. Harris replies “Ahh McCloud told you?” “No” Replies the man “I just know that’s what priority one is. I’m in when’s the debriefing?” “At 7:00 am sharp” “I will be there and I will see you then.”
Rocky speaks out loud “Well that’s five who else do you have in mind sir?” “Well I need a medic, explosives specialist, a heavy machine gunner” Replies Harris. “Well” says Rocky “I know a guy who is a great gunner and someone who is explosives specialist I will go grab them for tomorrow if you can find the medic and tracker then we should be good.” “I can get them” says Harris “ I also have a good friend that would be good for this mission, he is a Captain, remember Captain Ford? He was an Officer under him. I think he will do it, but his brother was just killed so I don’t know if he will come. You’ll know tomorrow at the debriefing.”

I really like the storyline. The characters are beyond cool. The mission is so impossible, but yet so suspenseful. This is a story I would want published in a book! I would buy it the very day it came out! ^_^ I can't wait to draw these people. This story would really help with my character creations.

lol your most likely the only one who is actually take time to read it. But what ever,

I know. No one goes on anymore. And no body really reads anything either. It's actually qute sad. Anyways, please post more even though I'm the only one reading it. I'm sure Geoff might...maybe...yeah....maybe not...

Here is the second part of chapter 1 and some of Chapter 2




The next morning Captain Harris walks in the room in his uniform with his medals on. “Gentlemen and lady this mission is gonna change the world and give the humans a new start. Now Chris Phelps our head engineer is going to be leading us since he has the map and all that. He is very very important so watch out for him so the six of you better keep an eye out for him. Now take about fifteen minuets and get to know each other then Captain Harris then walks out.” Chris and his brother Genesis came over to Doug and Chris asks “I read your report, I helped out with your operation your are I think 6th Robo treatment how is the arm and leg?” then Genesis asks, “Hey what did you do to get Rob Tech Repairs?” Doug unsnaps his chest armour, then took off his long sleeve shirt to show a robotic left arm. Chris moves up to get a closer look at the arm, “I also have 2 metal ribs, and a robotic leg” then Doug said “I got this taking about 5 rounds and a grenade blew my leg as I was giving cover fire.” Chris then gets back up and asks, “how did it feel getting it done?” “I’d rather get a stub. It was hell.” Doug replied Putting his shirt back on. Rocky walks in and say’s “Doug you giving a show for the guys?” “Yeah But your on deck” Doug say’s back.












Chapter 2: A Rough Start

Genesis then gets up and walks over to Cody who is the team’s medic. “So Cody do you think we’ll get any morphine if we get shot?” asks genesis. “I’m not sure if you will there is shortage, but with Zach and Chester on are team they might give us some,” Replies Cody. The other team members were Zach Hudson the team’s machine gunners, Cody Jackson the teams Medic, and Chester Fisher the teams Explosive expert. The double doors open like they got kicked open and a older gentlemen walked in as he finished strapping his chest armour on, then says. “Sorry I’m late boys I’m working with you on this mission.” Doug says back “Well old timer are captain isn’t here, you’re going to have to take that up with him.” “I did you little runt and at least I didn’t get my self shot up like you did,” replies the older man. Zack looks up at him and asks, “What’s your name?” “Lance Dolittle. I’m a old friend’s with Harris.” “Great a old timer’s convention” say’s Chester. The Intercom turns on and Captain Harris Speaks through the microphone “Ok team, I hope your all well acquainted. Come down to the armory with your gear it’s time to mount up and roll out.” Everyone grabbed there stuff and started to make their way down.

As the team entered the armory, Captain Harris put his helmet on and welcomed the team. “Ok boys,” He started “pack up as much equipment as you can carry. “ Fisher I want you to grab as much claymores, remote mines, grenades, C4 and some flares just in case. Jackson go grab a bag and go get some medical supplies from the storage building your going to have to fill out some papers” he hands Cody Jackson a paper, “Hand this to the sign in guard and see what you can get.” “Hudson” continued Harris “Grab some extra MRE’s (meals ready to eat) and also grab that rocket launcher over there and some extra ammo for it.” “Vats” Then Captain Harris sees a extra bag Doug’s carrying then asks “Vatzs why do you have a extra bag with you?” Doug replies “It’s some extra guns sir, I know we will be needing it on the way back sir, I’ll carry it, it’s my burden.” With a smirk Harris Replies “that’s fine carry it, just get some extra rifle ammo I want you to carry some. Chris grab a rifle and I also need you to carry some tools ok?” “Rocky your going to carry extra sniper ammo and some extra pistol rounds and Genesis I need you to carry some extra gear like plasma knifes, binoculars and such. Oh yeah Lance you don’t have to carry anything extra so your fine.” Then everyone started to head to the gun rack, and before everyone could grab a gun Captain Harris hollered “Hey I didn’t say your free to pick out what kind of gun you get… This is very important mission so I’m going to pick your guns out.” “Vats, Chris, and Lance your all going to be carrying m18 rifles. Genesis, and Myself will have A6’s with grenade packages. Rocky you will have mp8, Fisher and Hudson I have you down for 237’s” Cody came in from the building and Harris said “Just in time Jackson I have a lovely shotgun with your name on it.”

Yay, guns! Pretty, deadly, guns! ^_^ I like what you titled chapter 2. It is a rough start ain't it? Getting everyone together like that sure is tricky. How many years of expirience does everyone have? I know the Phelp's don't have much, but can you say how old they are?

Harris-

The rest I don't know. And I don't want to make everyone look really young or really old...

well lets see, Chris would be i'd put him in about 28 or so, genesis is about 26 or so, Vatzs is about 28 to any other questions? lol

You're all so young! ^_^ Can you get me a shot of the metal body parts? You mentioned Vatzs had a amputated arm and leg, and was replaced by metal. Can you try to find some of that? Or gimme a description of it?

well for your character shoot for early 30's and Chester, and Zack are like 26 or so and lance is like 42 or so to

After captain Harris’s team got their weapons and they grabbed there guns and gear and they headed to the bulkhead of the emergency exit. When they reached the bulkhead, Captain Harris turns around and say’s “I’ll bet you all were thinking we were going to go through here. Well you’re wrong, we have a special escape hatch that are not too many people know about, follow me.” They then started walking to the Non Military living area. There, they found a boarded up house, Captain Harris walks up to where the front door would be and kicks in the door with a ferocious thud. Harris then makes a right into the living room. He then pulls out his plasma knife, and cuts the carpet up in an area that reveled a steel door. Captain Harris then calls out “Lance and Fisher pull the door up. The rest of you pull out your flash lights on your rifles.” As the rest of the team got there lights on Lance and Fisher got the door open and captain Harris went over and began to descend down the ladder. After everyone got down the ladder captain Harris asked “Ok Chris where do we go from here?” Chris pulled out a rectangle touch screen no bigger then a note book and he tapped something and then the map showed up on the screen and he pointed straight ahead and said “we have to go this way.” Then Captain Harris walked passed him and lead the team along on the direction Chris pointed out and Captain Harris gave a hand motion signaling the team to follow in the dark and cold cave.

After about forty-five minutes of walking, the team saw the end of the cavern. It was made inside the remains of a three-story building. When Harris’s team reached the top of the cave he had lance and Zach on the right side and Doug and Rocky on the left. After Harris said it was all clear, they all got together to hear the plan captain Harris had. Harris said to his team “I feel our best chance is to stay low during the day time and move at night there are gonna be a lots of patrols out during the day, and even in the night.” “We have about two hours before dark, so sit down and just keep and eye out.” “Chris I want too see what are route looks like on getting there lance and my self have first watch.” As Captain Harris and Dolittle are on watch, Doug called over Chester and Rocky over, when they came over and sat by Doug he said in a quite voice “Something’s wrong here, do you get the feeling?” “with what” asks Chester. Doug then nods his head at Dolittle, Rocky looks and says “There is something wrong with him.” Doug then says “When he first showed up he talked about me getting shot up. Very little people know about it only high level military people and Robo people know. Chester speaks “He isn’t no high level military…” Harris and Dolittle started to walk over Harris says “Fisher, Vatzs your on watch” “Yes sir” Doug replies and they walk over and take positions on watch.



As the sun starts to go down, Rocky walks over to Doug and Chester. They turn around and Doug says “Rocky, you and Genesis its your turn to take watch.” As they walk back to a pile of rocks to sit, Rocky puts her gun over her shoulder Doug say’s “We need to keep an eye on Lance.” Chris walks over “Hey guys were going to move out soon.” As he turns Doug grabs his arm “hey, you keep your eyes open, something’s up with Lance ok?” Chris gives a look of confusion then replies “Ok” he then continues “I did hear his name before I can’t put my finger on it.” “Before we move out” Captain Harris starts “If you see patrol’s anywhere hide, don’t shoot. We need to stay under cover as long as we can, so don’t fire unless our cover is blown. Good news is there are enough remains and piles of buildings to hide on the way to the last reading.”


Chapter 3:The Fight Begins

After a few hours of walking in what looked like the remains of a city, they turn the corner at the end of a building, then they heard a Hunter moving around. Captain Harris gave a hand motion to stop he looked on the other side of the building and then he ran to the next building across the street. Lance covered the corner and the rest of the team didn’t move. Captain Harris came back to the same building and slowly made his way down to the other end of the building, when he got to the end he sneaked a peek and saw a Hunter Panzer class making its way down the street. Harris quickly turns around ad runs back. He then looks for a door to the building he breaks a side door to the building on the other side of the street. The Hunter turns on the alleyway, as it looks for any humans alive. The Hunter stops at the building where Captain Harris and his team are hiding in. The Hunter starts looking in the first floor since all the glass in the windows were gone. Harris and his men are climbing up the stairs to the 3rd Floor. (Which what was left of the building) Lance whisper “Phil what do you see?” Captain Harris looks back and said “There is a Hunter on the first floor so stay quite we can’t let it hear us.” As they get out of the staircase the team realized the Hunter is still around still around, still looking. Chester whispers “Sir we can blow the building, we can’t get out of the building with out being seen.” Captain Harris looks at Chester then the rest of the team, Captain Harris then says, “Ok Fisher take Genesis and find the support beams and rig them to explode, move out!”

Chester then tossed some C4 to Genesis and said “Take the right side I’ll take the right I will take the left.” As Chester makes his way down stairs the Hunter, is driving threw a pile of cement. Genesis drops threw a hole to the second floor. He then sees one of the support beams. He runs over, puts a brick of C4 on it, and runs to another beam and drops it by it. Chester slowly opens the door to the first floor then runs to the first support beam and drops the C4. The Hunter was on the other side of the floor Chester slowly makes his way to the next support beam near where the Hunter was. Chester quietly makes his way up and hide as much as he could. When he was right by it, the Hunter turns around. Chester throws the C4 at the Hunter, and runs back and dives through the door as the Hunter started shooting at him, Chester shuts the door with a fierce kick, as rounds pierce the door and cement wall. Chester quickly runs up the stairs to report to Captain Harris what happened. Chester runs up the stairs and yells, “Captain we been compromised!” Lanced yells back “What? How in the world did you get…” then an explosion rang out and Genesis comes through the hole and calls out “Time to go! It’s not to happy,” Captain Harris runs over to Genesis and helps him up and grabs the detonator and says. “Follow me” and he grabs a huge electrical wire. He ties it to a pole ad throws it out. Soon they heard another explosion and they the see the Hunter try’s to climb the stairs. After the team all got down the wire to the ground Captain Harris yelled “Run everyone lets get moving.”

As they ran he pressed the detonator and a huge explosion rang and the building collapsed and destroyed the Hunter. After another day of walking the team stopped for a break for about 25 minuets. Chris then pulled out his portable computer and started to check how far away they are. Chris called to Captain Harris “Sir we are about 45 miles away.” Captain Harris gave a nod to Chris and went back to checking his gear. As everyone got ready to go, Rocky stopped Doug and said, “Look at Lance” as Doug looked all the pieces came together. Lance was staring at Chris with a evil look, Doug says back to Rocky “Now we know what’s wrong only you and I are going to be able to handle this. I don’t think captain is going to believe us.” Then Doug asks, “What should we do? Do we tell Chris or should we not?” Rocky replied “If we tell him and he might give it away to Lance and then he might go after someone else.”

Dun dun dun! Oh my god the suspense is murdering me alive!! Finish it!!

Chapter 4: Death hits the team

As the team walked along, Captain Harris stopped and said “Chris I want to see the map to see how far we need to go” Chris jog’s up and pulls out his computer and start’s pressing some buttons, after about 30 seconds later he says “we are about 15 miles away but we need to go North East in stead of East.” Captain Harris then gets up from sitting and grabs, his rifle and say’s, “ok lets move out.” As they kept on walking, everyone got tense getting closer and closer to the location. When the team got to the location, to see there at where a highway once stood with broken roads and buildings and car’s every where. Everyone on the team realized it’s going to be very hard to find where this base is at.
Captain Harris turns around and say’s to the team “ok Jackson, Fisher, look south Vatzs and Hudson go north, Lance and Chris you go east and Rocky and Genesis go west.” Doug then looks at Rocky with a horrified look, Rocky gives one back. As everyone separated into there groups Doug waited till there far away from the other’s, then he tries to explain to Zach the situation, Rocky tried the same thing with Genesis. Lance and Chris were looking around between two buildings Lance asks “Do you remember a guy by the name Eric Dolittle?” Chris comes out of a broken building and replies, “The name sounds familiar, why?” “He was brought to you at your Robo Building about two year’s ago. He was burnt over 85% of his body, that ring a bell?” Chris turns around from looking inside a window with a scared look on his face.
Lance then say’s “Why didn’t you do the surgery on him!? You did it to Doug, but not him, so you let my brother die but you saved Doug!!” Chris say’s back in his defense, “It wasn’t my decision! If I was able too make the call I’d save both, but it isn’t my call.” “Of course” say’s Lance “But since you let my brother die, you’ll die!!” Lance pulls out his handgun and aim’s it at Chris. Doug, Zack, and Genesis then run down the alley that Lance and Chris was at. Rocky then sets up at the top of a building and gets crouched down. Doug yells “Stop Lance don’t shoot!!” then Lance aims at Doug and shoot’s him in his left arm. Doug gets knocked down and trips Genesis as he fell. Zach then aims and is about to pull the trigger, Lance quickly shoot’s 2 rounds at Zach and shoots Zach in the head. Zach falls over in a pile of blood. There was a zip sound, and Lance fell over in a spray of blood holding his neck. Captain Harris came running down the alley on the other side and started screaming, “What happen!! What is going on!!” He then falls on his knee looking at Zach then he gets up then goes over to Lance and looks at him as he takes his last breath.


Cody and Chester then came out of breath and looked at Rocky, as she walked over slowly carrying her sniper rifle. Captain Harris then grabs Doug and knees him in the stomach and throws him against the wall with a loud thud, Captain Harris then grabs Chris and shoves into the wall. Captain Harris says in a low deep voice “What happened? I need to know. Two of my men are dead!” Chris clears his voice and starts to tell the story “Sir, Lance went insane cause his brother died cause the Robo Fix board chose Doug over his brother.”

Cody walked over to Harris and quietly said, “What shall we do with the bodies?” “Get their guns. We’ll be back for the bodies” Captain Harris replied. Genesis went over to Zach’s body and picked up his w237 and grenades, and then Genesis went over to Cody to help him with the body bags. Captain Harris sat on a support beam that was on the ground, and he wiped a tear from his eye after hearing that Lance Dolittle went insane. Doug went over to Zach and knelt down, and said a prayer quietly and look backs at everyone. Then he pulls out Zach pistol and put it in his boot. Doug then got back up and called to Chris “how far are we from the city or whatever it is.” “Sure let me check” Chris calls back and pulls out his mini computer and starts to pull out the map. Chris says “Captain Harris you might want to see this.” Captain Harris walked over to Chris and looked at the map then said “Holy crap, were on top of it.”

Captain Harris calls out “Ok…. listen team we are on top of the city. Everyone split up and look for a way under ground.” As everyone searched for a way down Rocky found a huge crater and saw a little hole. Rocky called out “I found something!!” After everyone got together, Captain Harris lead the team in the hole. As they wondered in the hole Chris got out his mini computer and gave directions to Captain Harris, Chris “turned right, and we should be there” when they got to the turn Chester and Doug made sure it was all clear, then Captain Harris kept leading the town.

Chapter 5: Finding The City

What they found was a deserted city. The city was very small there was about three blocks, one street of little houses. Also one big tall building that was about 8 stories high. Captain Harris pulled out his binoculars and started to look around. He said aloud “Looks like they didn’t have much to work with, I see, one, two, three, four buildings that’s over 2 stories, there is about a dozen buildings maybe almost 16 there isn’t much here, well lets look around then.” He then Continued “Ok Genesis, Jackson, and Chris your with me, Sharps, Vatzs, and Fisher you go right.” As Captain Harris team walked the empty streets and walking passed all the buildings, they saw up ahead of them was a building that looked like a capital building. Genesis opened the door and had his gun up and waiting for some people to start shooting. The building didn’t have a lot; he saw a bunch of pictures on the wall a lot of them showing the little town being built. Captain Harris went to an office and started to look for anything that would help him. He just walked out of the office and said to the team “Ok guys there is nothing useful here lets move.” When they got out side of the building Cody said, “Sir, it looked like they were gone for years.” Doug’s team was over 2 blocks and they found a garage. Chester turned to Doug and Rocky and said, “Were in luck, we got a vehicle. We need to find Captain Harris.” Rocky got on top of the Garage and used her binoculars to find the other team.

When Captain Harris and the others got closer, Rocky calls out to them “Great news! We got a ride. Doug and Chester are fixing it, follow me.” They all moved into the garage they saw Chester sitting in the driver seat waiting Doug was sitting in the back sitting backwards waiting. Chester smiles and said to the team “welcome. I’m your host, and this is your one way ticket out of here.” Doug says to Captain Harris, “Sir, we didn’t find any people, but we have this so that shows that this place was pretty busy at one time.” Captain Harris can you put down in are report that we found the town but it was deserted which makes me wonder if they tried to find another place to live, or maybe were taken by the machines.” Chris starts putting it in then speaks “Captain!!.... The readings…. There gone! Look!” he then shows it to Captain Harris.

Chris then looks back at the screen, then up and says “Oh my gosh! I figured it out! Remember about 2 and half years ago, around 175 people were found in a building hiding. They were brought in. They were from here I bet. Now either they found us, or T200’s found the place and got Likens (Machines that make Human machines that exoskeleton machines that act like humans and are copy’s) and the Likens are now in are City, we need to get back” Chester honks the horn and says “Then lets get going” Chester started the engine and everyone hopped in the truck. While they spend in the middle of nowhere Chris saw Doug holding his left arm and he was looking down with his eyes closed. Chris looked from a distance and saw oil on his armor. He moved over to him and said “Take your armor off, your arm is damaged.” Doug answered, “yeah I know that’s where Lance shot me.” After Doug removed his armor and took of his long sleeved shirt he saw a hole in it and a few wires were broken. Chris said in surprised “Well its not to bad at all it held up pretty well you have a few wires broken but I can fix that in no time.” Chris took about 10 minuets and fixed it. Around 2:00 am the trucks engine over heated and the truck to a slow halt in a ton of smoke. Captain Harris asked, “How much far did we get?” “About 48 miles it says” Chris replied. He then continued “Sir we have a major problem” he hopped out of the back and went over to the Captain. “You see these green dots? That’s us you see all these red dots those are the machines. There are approximately 500 of them coming are way, I think they know were out here.”


Captain Harris stares with a frown he speaks “…ok…we need to find a good solid base to make our head quarters. A place to stand and fight, we will never be able to out run them. He points at a building about 4 stories high tall. “Looks like once it was a court house” he also says “That’s are base”

Oh my god...you really leave everything off at good cliffhangers! Seriously! More! More!

For my one fan of the story i'll put in three chapters for you. So here is chapter 6, 7, and 8


Chapter 6: Preparing for the fight

Everyone grabbed their gear and bags and ran to the building. Genesis yells out, “when will the machines be on top of us?” In about 2 or 2 and a half hours” Chris replies. Captain Harris then says as they reached the front of the building “Ok we will set claymores about 50 feet away, remote mines about 200 feet and 300 feet we will be on the roof and be the welcoming committee.” After saying all that Captain Harris then speaks “Rocky go get a good position to sniper at. Jackson you stay with her. Fisher and Genesis, you two on setting outside defense also I need you two to set of C4 and breaching charges.” Captain Harris went inside and looked around and said, “This place will not due. It won’t help at all heck with it.” He then came back up and said “I looked around for an escape route but I think we’d have a better chance to just have a escape off the roof at the back of the building.” “So how about we put C4 on the pillars and when they start climbing up we blow the front on them.” Captain Harris then walked back and Chester and Genesis started to set up the claymores, Mines, C4. Chris then came up to Captain Harris; I just check we have about 30 minuets left.

After everyone was set up, Rocky and Cody were a building behind the building was higher and had more protection. Captain Harris and Chester was on the roof on the right side. Doug, Chris, and Genesis were on the left. While everyone on the roof were waiting. Doug said “Well guys its time for my bag” Doug opened up his bag first he pulled out a single shot grenade launcher, with a belt of ammo he gave it to Chester then he pulled out a Pump action shot gun and handed that and its ammo to Captain Harris. The last thing he pulled out two automatic firing pistols, he handed them to Genesis and Chris with 4 magazines each for them. As he was about to hand them over to Chris and Genesis a loud explosion erupted as a hundred or so T-200’s walked to annihilate Captain Harris’s team. Rocky waited patiently looking threw her scope, breathing really slowly. Chester looked over to Captain Harris and yelled, “Do they know exactly where we are at?” Captain Harris looks at Chester, as he was about to answer. He looks slightly over the top realizing the explosions stopped. Doug looked at Chris and Genesis and whispered, “The last time it got this quite my team got ambushed.” After a few minuets staying under cover a sniper shot is heard like a crash of thunder. Then another, after the third shot Doug looks over for a slight peek to see a Snyder Class Hunter slumped over, but there was 50 to 60 T-200 walking over to the team.

Chester looks in disbelief, as after all their explosives were used except the grenades and the C4 on the pillars. Rocky turns to Cody and say’s quietly “there here. Get ready.” Rocky then starts taking out the closest ordinates. Captain Harris called out “You know the plan” and started to fire. Chester moved to the end of the right side and started firing, Doug moved to the left end, reloading his rifle and started firing again. What everyone didn’t know was that about 15 T-200 snuck around to the building Rocky, and Cody were in, and were heading up the stairs.

Cody tapped Rocky on the shoulder and said, “We have some coming up the steps. I am going to lock the door behind me.” Rocky shook her head and said “The might miss us you should stay here.” “No they will find us. Stay quite I will knock twice if I make it back.” Replied Cody then he left. Rocky wiped a tear from her eyes and grabbed her mp8 and cocked it and stood it next to her just in case.

Doug fired his last round in his rifle and then tapped Chris. Chris then gets up an starts firing as Doug reloaded. Genesis shoots his last round he then shoots his grenade as he reloaded. As the rounds fly past everyone on the roof Chris hollers over to Captain Harris “How much longer?” Captain Harris answers, “As long as we can” then Chris fires his last shot then he tapped Doug on the shoulder. Doug jumps up and starts to shoot single shots trying to harder to take them out. Cody slowly creeps down the hallway towards the staircase. He hears the sound of the T-200 coming up the staircase. He pulls a grenade from his belt and counts “1..2..” then he throws it down the stairwell and runs.

Genesis then drops his A6 and pulls out Zack’s old W237 and starts using the heavy machine gun to take the T-200. After about 5 minuets of firing, the gun clicked and he dropped it and ducked down to reload his A6. Doug shoots one T-200 and he then turns to the right and shoots 2 more, then taps Chris’s shoulder and starts to reload. Chester pulls out 2 grenades and start chucking them, and then grabs his W237. Cody stands at a corner about 35 feet away from the door, leading to the T-200 climbing the stairs. After a very slow two minuets, the door is shot open. Cody counts to 10, then turns to fire his Spazs 16 he then starts to fire and pump his shotgun and blow the T-200’s before they can shoot him. As the first few drop the other’s coming up start shooting around the corner. Cody turns back and starts to reload. He turns again and starts firing, after about five shots his gun jams. Cody starts smacking his gun but it didn’t work. Suddenly a round goes threw his left arm. He turns around squeezing his arm then pull’s out a grenade and tosses it. After it explodes he pulls his side arm out and fires a few rounds and runs back to where Rocky and him where hiding.


Genesis pulls two grenades out and tosses them. Then pulls his rifle up and continues firing. Chester grabs his grenade launcher by the wall and starts firing at the T-200 by the building. Doug empties his magazine and taps Chris. Chris comes up and starts taking close targets. Doug pulls out a clip and looks to see how much he has left he thinks “2 clips left” he hollers to Captain Harris and after getting his attention he yells over “2 Clips left,” Captain Harris nods. As Rocky reloads, she looked in the scope far out. She zooms in more to see 2 Hunter Panzer Class inbound. She slams a Magazine in and try’s to take them out.

After Rocky fired her 3rd shot, she heard the door knock twice. She grabs her mp8 and opens the door. Cody came in bleeding badly. She helps him in and sits him down. Cody said, “Grab my bag and help me fix this up.” She pulls the bag, over, pulls out a morphine shot, and pulls out her knife. Cody instructed, “Rip my sleeve up. Give me a shot of morphine and open that silver bag there it looks like jelly in it.” Rocky then pulls out the bag opens it, then rips his sleeve open to reach the wound. Rocky gives Cody the shot; he speaks “Ok..Now rub that jelly on the wound it will clot it up.” Rocky makes a disgusted face but does it. She asks “ok what next?” Cody says “Alright that looks good, this is all we can do right now. Get out a field rap and rap my arm up, then were good.”










Chapter 7: Running Low

Chris taps Doug and Doug starts to fire. Genesis emptied his clip, and goes to reload but he’s out of ammo so he takes aim and fires his last grenade then pulls out his handgun and starts to fire. Chester drops his grenade launcher and grabs his side arm. He calls to Captain Harris “Sir we need to pull back!” He replies “We will soon, we need to hold them as long as we can. Hold the line!” Rocky was about to get Cody up, then she remembers the Hunters inbound. She moves over to her rifle and finds them about a mile out. She started firing again, after she emptied her clip she gets Cody up and Cody got his side arm out. He said, “Good luck Rocky, here take this.” He handed her is EMP charge. “Thanks Cody” she opens the door for Cody and Cody slowly went down the hallway.

Doug fires his last shot he sees the Hunters coming. He taps Chris and says “Things are getting better we have Hunters inbound” Chris looks at Doug with a mad face and hops up, and starts shooting. Captain Harris looks down sees T-800 (upgraded models of T-200 they can move faster and climb) climbing up the building to them he hollers “Get them!! Shoot them down!” Genesis grabs his automatic handgun and starts shooting the T-800s climbing up. Chester aims at a close T-800 and fires 5 rounds in it. The red eyes of the T-800 slowly go black and falls off. Chester aims at another one and fires 2 rounds in the T-800, then his gun empties. The T-800 stops and fires 2 rounds in Chester’s chest and one in his shoulder.





Rocky moved to her rifle and pulls out the magazine to see how many rounds she had left. Then she hears the sound of small arms fire, then a thud. Rocky closed her eyes. Then, she slams the magazine back in and takes aim at the incoming Hunters; she fires a first time then a second at the first Hunter. She fires a third time the second Hunter stops. She pulls the trigger and she hears a click. The Hunter was taking aim at the area of the sniper fire. Rocky gets up grabs her pack and puts it on she gets her mp8 then she picks up the grenade. She opens the door and started running. The Hunter opened fire firing its rockets.

Captain Harris sees the rockets fly, as it got closer to the building that Rocky and Cody were in. he then looks down too see Chester on the ground bleeding. “Oh God” cry’s out Captain Harris. “I’m sorry captain my gun emptied on me and left me open.” Chester then started to close his eyes. “Shhh” Captain Harris said, then he looks up at Doug who’s loading his handgun then he pulled out the handgun out of his boot. Then he turns to see Genesis reloading his automatic handgun. Captain Harris grabs Chester’s gear and calls out “Pull back, pull back!!”


Chapter 8: Pulling Back

Rocky started running down a hallway. She sees the staircase down, she turns and starts firing. She stops to see no T-200’s. She starts going down the staircase to the second floor. Then she hears footsteps below her, She goes to the second floor she sees a bathroom and hides in a stall thinking “This is just great. I get to die in an old bathroom.” The T-200 went to the last location of where Rocky and Cody were. One of the T-200s finds Cody’s body it picks him up and his handgun and starts to leave before the rockets hit. Rocky sits in the stall and she starts to hear the footsteps go away. She pulls out a clip and reloads her gun. Then the sound of the rocket hit.

The 4 remaining soldiers ran to the back of the building and started climbing down after they got to the bottom. Captain Harris pulls out a detonator and pressed it. The whole front of the building falls forward and lands on most of the machines. As they turn to run to the building Rocky and Cody were in, they saw the rockets hit the building, and the explosion knocked them off their feet. Doug gets back up, and throws his helmet on the ground and started yelling Genesis picks up Doug’s helmet and on the ground and says, “Calm down. If you don’t get control their deaths is for nothing.” He then hands Doug his helmet, Captain Harris pulls his clip to see he has 16 rounds left. Captain Harris gets up and says, “Were moving out. Lets go before the Hunters get here.”

Rocky still sitting on a toilet coughing from the smoke. She opens the door slowly looked for a way out. She finds an office with the window shattered. She looked out the and everyone walking in her direction, she was about to call to them when she saw Cody walking towards them. Rocky’s smile dropped to a frown. She knew Cody didn’t make it. She jumps off the second floor and hides behind a pile of metal. As the group walks up to the destroyed building, Doug still mad and upset. “I can’t believe this we sent them to their own funeral I should have been there I might of made a difference.” Chris turns Doug around and speaks “You did make a difference Doug, a big difference we needed you in the front lines.” Captain Harris shakes his head in agreement. Genesis noticed Cody walking out and calls out “Holy crap!!” Cody your alive!? This is incredible.” When Cody made it over Captain Harris speaks “You did a great job soldier, did rocky make it out two Cody?” Cody just shakes his head no.

Holy *bleep*...this is it! Oh my god....NO CAPTAIN HARRIS, DON'T DO IT!! DUCK AND RUN! IT'S THE TERMINATOR!!

Chapter 9: Loss of a leader

Cody swiftly raises his handgun and fires two rounds into Captain Harris Genesis yells “No!!” and unloads 15 rounds into Cody. Rocky comes out of her hiding place and runs to Captain Harris. Chris walks over to Cody’s body and speaks “a liken… what if she’s a liken” Chris raises his handgun and takes aim at Rocky. Doug turns around and looks at Rocky running over and then looks at Chris. Doug grabs Chris’s arm and knocks the gun out of his hand. “She’s not a liken now help me with Captain Harris.” All four of them crowded around Captain Harris as he slowly slipped away. “You need… To complete the mission go back to the base…and…and..Kill…the imposters” muttered Captain Harris. Rocky cry’s out “You can’t die Captain please don’t go” Rocky Slowly leans forward and ripped his dog tag off, and gets up and walks back to a pile of junk and sits on it and puts her hands over her face and closed her eyes. Doug and Chris stop attempting to close up the wounds and just put his armor back on and walk away. Chris looks at Doug and asks, “What do we do? Are captain is dead, were low on ammo are base is crawling with liken so were dead if we go back and there’s no place to go”

“Honestly I wouldn’t know what to tell you, I’m going back and fight, but what you do….is your choice.” Doug answered; Genesis walks over and joins the conversation. Genesis asks “who is now in command Doug?” “Well it would have been Lance…but he’s dead I think Rocky is.” Doug answered. Rocky hops off her seat and walks over to where the other 3 were talking. Rocky speaks “well I think were in a corner with some hard decisions. We can hold out here and get captured. Or we can head back and get killed at the base by the likens.” Chris closes his eyes and then says “Well we don’t know how many people are left and how many are liken…there might be just a handful of liken.”
Doug interrupts “Yeah or the hole base is full of Liken we were just to blind to see it. Most of these people could have been dead for years, some might have been the machines took over.” Genesis speaks “well then we don’t go back we stay here and live the last few day’s we have left.” “That’s the thing we don’t have a few days if we stayed out here, we would be dead in a day or two” Rocky respond. “Well I think are team is dead now” Rocky yells “No its not!” Chris walks away and sits on the ground by Captain Harris and Cody. Interrupts “Hey if are Team is dead why we still here? Sure are choice’s aren’t so great, now I’m going back to fight chances are I’m going to die… I’m already supposed to be dead so it doesn’t matter you can stay or go your choice.” “The last mission I was on the mission that made me gets the robotic arm and leg. What most don’t know was the supposedly “Attack Mission” was just a big mistake. In the first ten minuets we lost are Captains, the lieutenants just fought so the Team separated, and we got mowed down by Hunters the other team was dead. The team I was in was beat up pretty bad. Then a Snyder Class Hunter took us out one by one. I should be dead.”

Chris said, “Wow, so you’re going to go on a suicide mission? Even though you survived all this?” “Yeah I am… I’m going to kill the Liken so the human race can go on. I’m Dieing for something I have something worth dieing for, I lived for it, I’ll die for it.” Doug replied. “Well Doug you have me sold lets go back and fight” Rocky speaks. “Genesis and Chris how about you?” asked Rocky. “Might as well die for something” Genesis replied. “How can you throw your life away like this? It’s just not right.” Chris says upset. “Well if we work together and make a plan we might be able to pull it off and not get killed.” Doug says encouragingly. Rocky speaks “Come on Chris we need you.” “Fines” yells Chris. Genesis smiles, he pulls out his handgun drops the empty clip and shoves his last clip in and then he pulls the slide back and puts it on to semi fire, then puts it in his holster. Rocky picks up Cody’s handgun and take’s Captain Harris handgun and hands it to Chris.

“Now I was thinking we could go back to that deserted town again and try to find some equipment and make a game plan.” Doug Spoke. “I like it” Genesis replied. “Well let’s grab are stuff and go” Rocky spoke. Rocky led the team on since all of Chris’s gear was crushed by the building that fell when they retreated so he could get a map up. That night the team found refuge in the basement of a old post office the front of the building we destroyed and it’s east side wall had a huge hole in it. The basement was perfect place to rest and hide. That morning the team pushed on till they found the tunnel to reach the town. “Well let’s go in come on” Said Doug.


Chapter 10: A New Start

When they got threw the tunnel and they walked down into the city. Chris speaks “This looks like this was once a busy street,” Rocky replies, “It’s not now” with a cute smirk, Rocky continues “Well lets get started what do we need?” Chris says, “I think if there’s any equipment of some sort we need it.” Genesis speaks “weapons, ammo, anything would be nice, also some bandages would be nice” Rocky takes the lead and says “Well how about Doug you go to those small houses, Genesis you take the building over there its got about 3 floors on it so there should be something useful there. Chris and I will check that large building over there that has like 5 or 6 floors.”

Genesis starts looking threw the first floor. The first room was empty; the second had boxes of old cloths and mothballs. The third room had a bunch of home appliances like refrigerators, and washing machines. The fourth door wouldn’t open he tried kicking it a few times but it wouldn’t budge. So he went to the last door on the floor the fifth door. He found table, a shelf with pipes Genesis walked in and took a closer look. He started looking them and then he turned around. He saw at the other end of the room a workbench, Genesis walked over to see two bags of gunpowder, Genesis grins and looks back at the pipes.

Chris was on the second floor, the first door he found someone once lived like a pig. The second room was full of trash; the third room had nothing in it except a throw rug. Chris was about to give up when he reached the last room he thought “Well why not” he opens the door and sees dry blood on the floor and the back wall, He ran out and went to find Rocky. Doug was in the second to last little house. He’s in the kitchen Doug pulls open a little flashlight. He puts it in one of his pockets then he made his way to a shed behind the house. Searching threw some crates he finds a little container of gas. He say’s “Well we might be able to use this.” After finding it he drops it outside the front of the house and moves to the last house.

Rocky walks of a room and she hears fumbling around, and footsteps she then points her mp8 at the staircase then she see Chris come up the steps. She points her gun down and Chris speaks “Rocky your going to want to see this follow me.” Genesis comes out of the room with a bunch of those pipes he drops them outside the door of the building he was in. Doug sat on the bed Doug sees on the nightstand a picture a man a pretty women and 2 beautiful children. Doug tipped it down so it’s lying down. He opened the nightstands drawer and sees a little revolver. He pulls it out and sits it next to him then he sees a diary.





In the second last page of the diary Doug read. “We heard about another underground city somewhere, today we decided to send some search party’s out find it. I didn’t like it they were barely armed. We have no weapons, no supply’s of any sorts we are pretty much a third world country.” Doug turned threw a few pages till he got to the last entry. The writing was different, it was sloppy and like he wrote it fast. “It’s been two weeks and three of the groups came back and they starting killing everybody I don’t know what’s going on. If the other group reads this or maybe the people from the other city reads this leave, escape before they find yo” after that there’s a mark then it slides off.

Doug shuts the diary then looks at the revolver. He slides the cylinder out and sees only one shot was fired. He shuts it grabs the diary and runs to find the others. Chris stops at the door and says, “This is the room.” Rocky nods and opens it she walks in cocked and ready for any thing. She looked and saw blood all over and she saw a few shotgun cartridges, and a shotgun lying on the floor next to a box of shell. Chris came in and said, “Oh man…this is terrible…what caused this.” Rocky picked up the shotgun and the box and said “Looks like liken, let’s go there’s next to nothing for us here.”

When they got out side they saw Doug running towards them. Doug hands the diary to Rocky and said “We have to leave I think were being watched, so lets go.” Rocky read the page and said “Ok…Ok go get Genesis then lets go” Doug ran over to the building he runs into Genesis. Genesis holds up a pipe and says, “I got us a few pipe bomb made.” “That’s great we have to go now!” Doug replies. Then a huge explosion knocks them over and a big fireball goes up. Chris gets up coughing he gets Rocky up and they went to get Doug and Genesis. When they reached Doug and Genesis and got them up they ran to the way they got in at. Another huge explosion happened. Rocky yelled “Lets get the heck out of here.” As they ran away from the city the whole place caved in.

so THIS is what your up to everyday. i should continue my story but im always busy either goin to my friends house, playing mabinogi, playing sword of the new world, and therapy so i cant even find time to type the rest of MY story =(

wow i didnt even read any of it yet but from what rocky posted i assume its a really good story, ill read it when im bored xD

Chapter 11: Making it home

That morning while they were hiding in an old office in a building. Rocky loaded the shotgun that she found; she took the ammo and the gun and gave it to Genesis. Rocky said to the guy’s “Ok… Guys we have about 20 miles to go then we will be back. So mount up and take what you need. Bring your guns, grenades, if you have any if not Genesis has made some pipe bombs, your plasmas knife the rest is not important.”

The four remaining members of Captain Harris’s team reached the city of New California they reached the ladder to go back up into the city. Doug went up to open the hatch, he grabbed hold then he quickly let go and let out a sound of pain. Genesis asked, “What’s wrong?” “It’s freaking hot it burned me” Doug quickly replied. Doug slid back down the ladder and asked, “Is there another way back in?” “Yeah I think I know another way” Rocky speaks. Rocky continued by saying “These tunnels go all over under the city, there is one point it goes right by are military base. Follow me.”

When they reached the hatch, Rocky opened it and made sure it was all clear. After everyone else came up Chris said, “We should go to McCloud office and tell him we found out.” The four soldiers ran to the base. When they reached his office Doug opened the door to see McCloud tied to his chair with two bullet holes in his head. Doug pulled out his handgun and the gun in his boot and said, “Were on are own lets go.” Before Rocky could stop him they heard gunshots Rocky yelled, “Lets go!” The team ran outside and saw around 50 T-200’s walking to the armory building. The team ran around tried to get in from the back. As Genesis was about to kick the door in a man opened the door holding a W237. The man then said “Oh good more survivors hurry up quick the machines are coming.” Rocky said “Name and rank soldier.” The man replied, “I’m Troy Brown, officer and one of the last survivors now quickly come on.” Troy continued to say “we stopped the Hunters with a sentinel rockets but a lot of T-200’s made it in and the likens are with them. Were the last people left there’s me and four other soldiers.” Rocky said, “Were the last Special Force Ops team we found out about the Likens ten hauled are butts back here. Troy replied “Well it’s great to have you with us come on to the bunker that’s were we move all the guns grab what you can and grab a position.” The team ran down stairs to remount and go back up Doug put all his old guns on the table by the guns, he pulled out the old revolver Doug looked at it for a second then tucked it in his back. Doug grabbed some handgun ammo. Doug turned to Genesis who was standing next to him and said “What you taking out there?” “I’m taking a A6 again and a Mp8.” Doug spoke “Are you taking that shotgun and the full automatic pistol.” “No go ahead and take them the shotgun doesn’t have much ammo though.” Genesis answered.

Doug got more ammo for the full automatic pistol and he put it in his boot he then grabbed a M18 and headed up stairs. Doug ran into Chris who was sitting on a table with a A6 and a W237 next to him Doug said, “You ok Chris?” “I…I don’t know….I can’t believe this is it.” Chris replied then he asked, “Does it hurt?” “What hurt” Doug said “Getting shot” answered Chris “It stings a little, don’t worry keep your head on straight and work as a team and you won’t get shot.” Doug answered. Chris nodded, Doug then walked up to Troy who was by the main door. Doug asked, “Is there a back up plan?” “Oh yeah there is if they get threw here we our running to the barracks and that will be are last stand but we have wired C4 all over the last survivor will blow the city.”
Doug went to the upstairs balcony where Rocky was positioned she had her sniper rifle set up, next to her was her Mp8 and she had two full automatic guns. Doug said, “The plan is if we lose here we run to the barracks for one last stand.” Suddenly one of the soldiers yelled “There cutting threw the door.” Doug pulled the bolt back and ran down the stairs and took a position. Chris grabbed his W237 and was next to Troy, Genesis was next to two other soldiers. The other two soldiers had W237’s and were sitting by the door waiting for the door to drop. The door fell and the two soldiers started firing dropping the machines at the door. Genesis threw a pipe bomb and the explosion destroyed a few others. A mile away a Snyder Class Hunter was moving closer to the battle and quietly moving between buildings and staying out of site.

A few rounds hit one of the soldiers under Troy and killed him, Doug ran over and started firing threw the door, Chris threw a grenade and stopped the T-200’s from coming in the door. 4 liken busted there way threw the roof. Rocky got up and pulled her Mp8 ad shot them as they came down. Rocky grabbed her sniper rifle and ran down the stairs. Troy hollered, “Ok guys lets move back.” Doug emptied his rifle and tossed a grenade to slow them down. Everyone in the room started running down the hallway one of the soldiers got shot in the back and called to Troy. Troy left him and ran, Chris yelled at Troy “How could you leave a man behind?” When the rest of the people got out Troy pulled out a detonator and pressed it. The whole armory exploded Doug said, “Well there goes all are guns.” Troy said “Ahh don’t worry there is some set up in the barracks, lets move!” Everyone started to run towards it, they stopped at the end of the building Troy and one of the soldiers under him ran out, but they didn’t see the 3 T-200’s around the corner. Another thing they didn’t know was the Snyder Hunter was behind a window in side a building about 250 feet away taking aim at the soldier and Troy.


The soldier fell over dead and Troy fell on his back. Genesis and Doug moved out of hiding and fired on the three T-200’s taking them out. Doug and Rocky ran out to help Troy up. “Help me up, come on, get me on my feet.” Troy said as he coughed up blood. As they got him up they heard a loud bang and Troy’s head blown off. Doug dived sideways and Rocky ran back and started to freak out. Genesis calls out “Well were stuck now” “Ok lets go find that Hunter” says Doug. The team moved back and when they found the Hunter Genesis took two pipe bombs and threw them at the Hunter and they all ran as the bombs exploded destroying the Hunter. As they went over to the barracks 25 T-200’s stated to come up behind everyone. The team hid behind a building they were one street away from the barracks.


Chapter 12: Retreat

Doug gave cover fire for the team as they got to the other end of the street. When it was Doug’s turn to run he sidestepped over as he shot at the machines. Suddenly one round hit Doug in the stomach on the left side. Doug dropped his rifle; he grabbed his shotgun, pumped it and started firing. Rocky yelled, “Doug get down we’ll come get you!!” Another round hits Doug In the stomach, Doug dropped onto one knee. He then pulled out both side arms and started shooting the closest machines. Doug turned his head to the team as they started to run out to him “No! Go to the barracks! Hurry!” when his side arms emptied he pulled out his automatic handgun, just as some Liken started running towards him. Doug open fire on them, then a third round hits him on the right side of his chest. Doug fell on both knees; he then looked at the blood on his hands from holding his wounds. He then started to scream as he got up and started shooting again at the likens that were closing in. Shortly Doug’s gun emptied Doug dropped back down and started to hold his wounds as he breathed heavily. A liken walks over as some T-200’s walk pasted him. The liken kicks Doug on his back the liken looks at him with a crooked smile, and it started to grind it’s teeth Doug then realized it was the father on the picture he saw. Doug whips out the old revolver and fires two rounds into the liken. Then a sniper round knocks the liken over. Genesis grabs Doug’s arms and starts to drag him back as Chris gave cover fire. Chris empties his rifle he pulls it back then throws a grenade and pulls out his pistol. As they pull Doug back, Rocky gave cover fire with her sniper rifle. When they all got back inside Rocky slapped Doug across the face and said, “Why did you do that? You didn’t have to waste your life like that. Gosh dang it Doug!!” Doug looked at her for a long time and he said, “I was trying to give you time to run, and escapes and you can blow the place up and run.” Chris looked at Doug and he just walked away and punched a wall. Genesis then say’s to Doug “You idiot we needed you and you got yourself shot up and close to death. Now you’re going to leave us when we needed you most!” Doug slowly slipping away say’s “If you leave now I can detonate the C4 and you guys can escape and live.” Chris then speaks “That’s not important you’re pretty much killing yourself for nothing.” Doug cuts in “I am dieing for something, I’m dieing for my team, my friends, my family. I’m dead anyways I have three bullets in me and I’m bleeding pretty badly I have less then an hour.” Rocky says “Ok team…. were leaving…Doug is going to take care of the Machines for us…. lets go…” Genesis and Chris both look at her then at Doug and then start to walk away “Hey” calls Doug. Genesis, Chris, and Rocky look back at him. Doug gives a thumbs up to them then he closes his eyes and starts to pray for them as they leave.

As Rocky, Chris and Genesis got out side they heard a huge explosion and the sound of stuff falling. Rocky closed her eyes and started to wipe tears from her eyes. She then says to the others “Ok guys lets go find a new home.”

*uses tissue* ...*sniffle sniffle*...OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOODDDD!!!!!!

You...you just killed everyone...and...Oh my God...wow...that was the most intense thing I read...ever...dude, you need to fix this story up and publish it...you will make sooooooooo much dough!

Brilliant work. Many more subjects in this story could be elaborated on, and there's a lot of errors in punctuation or whatever. However, it is a very good storyline and the characters are well made. Seriously, if you can tweak this thing and fix it to be perfect, damn...you got yourself a short story about 50 to 100 pages.

I am a true fan of this story...I think we should leave it for now, and work on the other one you wanted to.
